ISUPPORTU, LLC specializes in establishing and maintaining US Based Branch offices for international businesses. Our clients conduct business to business transactions within the service sector. Our service does not require you to form a legal entity in the US, to be present to open your bank account, to pay US Federal, State or Municipal taxes, or accounting, or legal fees.
Client business relationships (e.g., clients, vendors, prospects, business plans, marketing strategy, literature, etc... ) are protected by our Branch Management Agreement which includes non-disclosure language.
Our private business services include a physical address in the United States, a customizable phone system with faxing and routing ability, an accounting application to manage your transactions, and access to US based banking services. We promote your services, provide phone support, deposit funds, disburse funds, record all transactions, and perform collection services.
We do NOT provide services to businesses that market directly to consumers, that require us to manage a payroll, warehouse inventory for sale, are sanctioned under Federal Law, or of an illicit nature. Our compliance department retains the right to reject any application. All pre-sale conversations are governed by our Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Banking Services
Providing Private Banking Services
ISUPPORTU will open your business account and maintain the banking relationship as a part of our comprehensive service. The account will be created under your business name. This provides transparency to your customers who will continue to address checks in your business name. Our bank insures your account up to $250,000 through FDIC.
There is no need for you to present Articles of Incorporation, a Letter of Good Standing, your passport, your VISA, and your physical presence. Our banking relationship does not require that you have to present this evidence to open your business account. The documents that are necessary to open a bank account within your own country are all the documents that need to be submitted.
